In the first Fresh to Follow Local initiative, International Market Centers and Southeastern Center for Contemporary Art (http://secca.org/) are presenting Furnished at Market!, a 30-minute mini-introduction to artisans with works currently on display at SECCA as part of the Furnished exhibition. Described as furniture-based sculpture as well as sculptures that function as furniture, the Furnished exhibition showcases more than 50 works by 15 contemporary artists from North and South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
